Sociomapa ("we", "our", or "us") operates an autonomous social media intelligence and management platform. We are deeply committed to respecting your privacy, protecting your organizational data, and ensuring total transparency regarding how third-party social media access tokens are stored and utilized.
We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data under any circumstances.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Credentials: Name, email address, and profile picture collected via Google OAuth 2.0 or direct registration.
- Social Media API Tokens: When you link your YouTube Channel, Facebook Page, Instagram Professional, or LinkedIn Account, we receive OAuth tokens authorized by you.
- Workspace Configurations: Brand voice parameters, niche preferences, and content approval histories.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Google API Limited Use Disclosure:
Sociomapa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When utilizing Google OAuth (for authentication and YouTube Data API access), we request only the minimal scopes required to verify your identity and schedule approved video posts. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
4. Data Security & Encryption
All social platform refresh tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 GCM encryption. Transmission of data between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is safeguarded via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
