1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, subscribing to any service tier, or using the Sociomapa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you represent an organization or agency, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Sociomapa provides autonomous social media intelligence, competitor gap auditing, stealth copy generation, dynamic carousel generation, client approval interfaces, and scheduled publishing dispatching to third-party social media networks (including YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn).
3. Intellectual Property & 100% Content Ownership
You and your clients retain exclusive, 100% intellectual property ownership over all content, copy, graphics, carousels, and strategic blueprints generated through your workspaces.
Sociomapa claims no ownership rights or copyright over client-approved output. You are free to publish, modify, license, or monetize your generated copy without royalty obligations.
4. Third-Party Platform Policies
You agree to comply with the developer policies and terms of all connected networks, including:
- YouTube Terms of Service & Google API Services User Data Policy
- Meta Platform Terms & Community Guidelines
- LinkedIn API Terms of Use
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
Sociomapa services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. In India, payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Cashfree Payment Gateway. For international customers, subscriptions are processed in USD via international payment rails. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect at the end of the billing cycle.
